Driven by a sweet tooth and ever increasing dietary restrictions through the years posed challenges for finding truly clean and safe off-the-shelf items to satisfy her sweet cravings. After years of picking up and putting down candies and bakery items that contained gluten, soy, dairy, gum and stabilizing additives, she grew fed up with the continuous dead-end search for the sweet treats that eluded her.
With a love of baking and need to bring safe and delicious desserts to parties and events, she decided to create products that would fill that need. Her initial forays into home baking returned rave reviews from family and friends alike. Inspired by endless compliments on her creations, she decided it was time to fill a much-needed product gap for food-challenged consumers that also appealed to everyone’s taste.
